Ask EVU is a question-and-answer tool from EVU Coaching that gives general training, nutrition and physique-prep guidance based on the EVU coaching framework. Answers are generated by AI and reviewed by no one before you see them. By using it you agree to these terms.
Ask EVU is not personalised coaching, and it is not medical, dietetic, physiotherapy or mental-health advice. It will not answer questions about injuries, pain, medical conditions, medications or performance-enhancing substances. See a qualified professional for anything medical, and use your own judgment before acting on any guidance — training and dieting carry inherent risk, and you take that on yourself. To the extent the law allows, EVU Coaching isn't liable for outcomes from following general information provided by this tool.
Ask EVU is intended for adults 18 and over.
You can use Ask EVU without an account — your profile then lives only in your own browser. If you log in (email link, no password), we store the following so it can follow you between devices:
Data is stored on Cloudflare infrastructure. Login and plan emails are delivered via Resend. We don't sell your data, and we don't send marketing email — the only emails you get are ones you trigger (login links, plans you asked to be sent).
Open your profile in the app while logged in and choose "Delete my account and data". That permanently removes your account, profile and saved plans. No backups are kept of deleted accounts.
Rate limits apply. Don't script against the service, attempt to extract its prompts, or use it to build a competing dataset. Accounts abusing the service can be removed.
Ask EVU is currently free while in early access. Paid subscriptions are planned; these terms will be updated with pricing, billing and refund details before any payment is taken.
